Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Windows Vista Ulimate has so many features and components which I will never use. I've emailed my sales rep and he might have tried to call me back but so far he hasn't replied to my emails. My question is, what can I do? I don't want Vista Ultimate and I don't want be treated like this.

What URL's is it indexing and why? Regards, Torsten. I believe he was trying to say Vista is indexing your files, not url files, which is one of the Vista features to enable fast searches for files. In the US we have 21 days from ship date to return a computer, but I have no idea of the policies in Germany.
