Microsoft outlook sending problems

Thanks for your feedback. Let me explain my situation more clearly. I paid a subscription to Microsoft Office when I upgraded to a new laptop. It's not Office for business. I technically don't have a business, but I do have two emails.

One email, the one with Hotmail is more "personal" in nature. It's where I receive emails from friends or where I receive newsletters of things I'm interested with, ads, etc. In the past, I usually access my Hotmail account via webmail. However, since I got my new laptop and upgraded to Microsoft Office , I was able to add my Hotmail account to the Microsoft Outlook included in my Microsoft Office My other account is what I call my "business" because it's really more for my private work-related emails.

I like to keep this separate from my more personal Hotmail account. My "business" work-related account is a bigpond. I have always used this account for my Microsoft Outlook the one included in Microsoft Office , for all my past computers and older versions of Microsoft Outlook.

In the past I have never had a problem sending an email from my bigpond. It is only now when I have added both accounts in Microsoft Outlook am I experiencing this problem. When I send an email from my bigpond. Interesting though, if I try to send an email from my bigpond account using my web browser ie through bigpond webmail to my Hotmail account, I don't get this weird problem at all. I have removed and tried adding my bigpond. I even went to Telstra Bigpond's website to get instructions on how to add my account properly to Microsoft Outlook.

Unfortunately, I still get that weird message whenever I send an email from my bigpond to my Hotmail account. So far, when I send an email from my bigpond account to other email addresses eg work colleagues, other recipients , I don't get this weird message. It's only when I send something to my Hotmail account. The only explanation I can think of is maybe Microsoft Outlook doesn't like me having two email accounts added, which I think is not the explanation.

If you can suggest how I should configure my bigpond email account in Microsoft Outlook, I'd appreciate it.
